General policies:

1. To enroll online, please fill in this form and submit with club fee payment.
2. Returned students receive priority assignment before new students.
3. All early registration students will be confirmed with their schedule by August 15th.
4. Storming Robots always tries our best to assign students to the group where will be the best fit.
5. May call us to register.
6. Minimum 4 participants are required for a single session.  Maximum 8-12 participants in a session.  
7. All applicants (the perspective members) should take a moment to read our code of conduct, makeup and refund policy.
8. Important Note for our advanced Group Participation:
   This group will involve demanding work in programming and mathematics at times. You must:
   • like to learn programming to automate their robots
   • enjoy algorithmic thinking
   • love to strategize
   • be capable of staying on task.

Payment Policies (must Read):

1. Student is considered in scheduling ONLY after minimum one month club fee is received in full.
2. For returning members: You may submit in full for the term(s), or take advantage of our free credit card recurring system service for your convenience.   Please be advised that if you choose to submit check every month, you are obligated to submit it by the first class of each month. There will not be reminder every month.   Any late payment will be subject to $3.50 administrative fee.
3. You are responsible to provide us a viable email contact. A viable email contact means that you will check it at least once every week.
4. If students are constantly late and miss classes, you are still subject to the full tuition. NO exception.

Center's policy is STRICTLY enforced.   Applicants with behavioral issues will NOT be accepted in the roboclub.

ONLY applicable for returning members:  Your first month tuition is  if you select monthly recurring payment plan.

• Please note students will be included in the seats assignment process ONLY after payment is received
• Seats Assignment:
  • Competition teams / by Aug 7th.
  • Returning students / by Aug 15th.
  • New students / after Aug 15th.
• Please do provide 3 possible time slots for us to work with, especially when you are coming in as new member.  We shall try to accomodate your first choice if it is a good fit. If the final seats assignment does not fall in one of the three selections you made, you will be given full refund. 
• If you prefer, you may print out this form and send it along with a check or money order for the required amount.  Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $50 processing and administrative fee.
• $25 one-time enrollment fee is non-refundable (for new member only). Please view the Refund Policy.
