General policies:

To enroll online, please fill in this form and submit with club fee payment.
If you would like to send us a written form through postal mail, please print this enrollment form, complete and mail it to us along with the payment.
Minimum 4 participants are required for a single session. Maximum 8-10 participants in a session.
All applicants (the perspective members) should take a moment to read our code of conduct, makeup and refund policy.
The center is not responsible for lost personal property.
Admission is on a rolling, first-come, first served basis. Only a maximum of 10 students are allocated in a single session. Therefore, early application is encouraged in order to reserve the clas hours of your choice.
Returned students receive priority assignment before new students.
Important Note for our advanced Group Participation:
This group will involve demanding work in programming and mathematics at times. You must:
- like to learn programming to automate their robots
- enjoy algorithmic thinking
- love to strategize
- be capable of staying on task.

Will the applicant agree to conform our code of conduct at the Center? Agree. Disagree.
Center's policy is STRICTLY enforced. Applicants with behavioral issues will NOT be accepted in the roboclub.

II. Weekly Meeting Selection Section

All new members (those who never attended our weekly workshops) are subject to $25 enrollment fee (one time only), and may sign up monthly in the first trimester.
If you are a returning member or have attended our other workshops, you must sign up on trimester basis.

III. Payment Section

Please note student will not be considered in scheduling before the club fee is received in full. You will receive a confirmation via email after payment is received. If you prefer, you may print out this form and send it along with a check or money order for the required amount. Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $50 processing fee. All payments must be submitted no later than 15 days prior to the signed up month. $25 enrollment fee is non-refundable (for new member only). Please view the Refund Policy.
