  • B.S. Physics, Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers U.
  • NJ Standard Certificate in Physical Science.
  • Assisted in robotics research at Rutgers U.
  • Wrote several publications in technical forum, such as the IEEE International Conference of Robotics and Automation.
He has done a fantastic job as our robocamp instructor.  We have received extremely good feedback from both parents and students about Jeremy.
Jeffrey Goett:

He obtained B.S. in Physics and Computer Science at Notre Dame University. He is currently pursuing M.S. in Physics at Rutgers with career goal to become a high school physics teacher.  He has great passion in science education.  He volunteered to teach computer applications and accounting classes to underserved high school students through the Jesuit Volunteer Corps.  In college, a few of Jeff's engineering classes used Mindstorm Robots to teach information encoding and feedback loops. He's looking forward to using the robots again in a classroom setting.

He is currently responsible for our 4th to 8th grader workshops.

Dharati Patel:

Ms. Patel is a graduate from Kean University with BS in Education, specializing in Elementary education.  She is responsible for our MicroBotics, and all 2nd-3rd grades workshops.  Being a certified Elementary School Teacher, Dharati strives to motivate children to have fun while learning. workshops assistants and party facilitators
Traits that are common in our workshops assistants:
  • meeting academic excellence is simply one of the many other goals.
  • possessing great passion in computer technology and robotics;
  • working as our assistant even during the school year as well, not just the summer;
  • ability to exert the energy of trying your best attitude;
  • fully appreciative of challenging fun from robotics. No surprise there because they themselves once were either in our roboclub or students.
Kevin Fritz - Kevin is currently a homeschooling high school Senior. He also has superb stellar academic record.  He possesses great passion in computer technology and loves programming.  He has also participated in the high school level robotics national level championship and earned the first place three years in a row at the state competition. Even at his young age, he has received a programming & statistic internship opportunity with a NJIT computer science professor.  His programming skill was once praised by the professor as superior to his internship peers, who were  undergraduate college comp. sci. students.

Gawain Lau - Gawain is currently a high school honor Senior, a Governor's School Scholar in the Summer of 2008.  His academic path has been filled with nothing less than impressive, highest GPA since Middle School (Rutgers Prep),  5's in all his Advanced Placement Tests. He earned the honor to present in the Central NJ Honor Piano Recital.  He, along with 4 school pals, won the 5th place and won $5K at the competitive Moody Math Challenge. According to our instructor Jeremy, having Gawain as an assistant was like having another knowledgeable and inspirational instructor in the classroom  Gawain's radiant attitude is simply infectious.

Johnny Wang - Johnny is currently a Freshman, awarded with over 25K scholarship and assistantship, in the Lehigh University majoring in computer engineering. He is currently the webmaster for Lehigh University Chapter of Engineers Without Borders. He has great passion in computer technology and loves programming.  He also participated in regional and state robotics tournament back in middle school years, as well as various Computer Science competitions, 5th Place at the 2008 CML/Comp-Sci.  He has been a great asset to Storming Robots as our workshop assistant.
