Starting Fall of 2008, Storming Robots will no longer offer afterschool enrichment. However, we can either do that during regular class time, or weekends. Typically, a special onsite or offsite technology day trip is more desirable.  Please contact us to obtain details.
We have conducted afterschool robotics enrichment classes for both public and private schools since January of 2005.  Each student receives a special online status report page after they signup.  The progress page not only allows parents to view the class progress, but also helps them to reinforce learned concepts from classes.

Here is the list of schools which we have offered classes:

  • Millington School in Millington
  • Central School in Millington
  • OakCrest Academy in Somerset
  • E.G.Hewitt School in Ringwood
  • I.E.F. School in Jersey City
  • Thomas Jefferson School in Morristown
  • South Mountain School in Millburn

How does Robotics Enrichment benefit your school & community

  • For increasing the awareness to the intricate, but ubiquitous applications of robotics.
  • For inspiring and encouraging students to pursue interests Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (S.T.E.M.) in high school.
  • For strengthening competency in STEM.
  • For opening opportunities to regional and state robotic competition.
  • Increased Awareness and interests in robotics technology among the students will inherently get parents and business in the community involved in a long term.

  • Learn through a highly encapsulated and intuitive Graphics User interface based programming commands.
  • Programming in RobolabTM to automate their robots.
  • Engage in small contests from time to time.
  • Work cooperatively with team members to develop and carry out a plan, and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
